Arsenal star, Hector Bellerin has hinted that he may be willing to leave Arsenal if boss, Arsene Wenger decides not to extend his current deal that The Emirates, according to report from Guardian
Wenger has come in for heavy criticism in event weeks following a downturn in results, and Bellerin believes the absence of his manager at the club may mean he also has to think whether he will stay at the club.
Barcelona have long been linked with their former youth product, though the Spain international signed a new, improved six and a half contract in November 2016, rumoured to be in the region of £115,000 a week deal.
Barcelona’s search for a long term replacement for Daniel Alves has seen them benn linked to every right back in Europe, but it would seem that their search is focused on Bellerin, who is in tune with The Barcelona philosophy having come through from the famed La Masia academy before departing in 2011 as part of the deal that saw Cesc Fabregas move to the Camp Nou.
Bellerin is fiercely loyal to Wenger, who he has credited with his progression. He has also credited the 67-year-old for believing in him when he was a youngster and putting him in the first team, something not a lot of managers would have done.
There are doubts about the future of Wenger and also uncertainty regarding the future of superstars, Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil. The pair have contracts expiring next summer, and they are no closer to reaching agreements for the club.
